Essential Services during COVID

Today, April 1st 2020, the Quebec government added “Bicycle repair shops” to its list of essential and priority services.

Faced with this news, we have decided to reopen our two stores at 978 Rachel East and 75 Villeneuve West, but with many restrictions and precautions in order to prioritize the health and safety of our employees and customers.

-Avoid shopping without necessity. Our online store is available for many of our products and delivery is very affordable, and in many cases free.

-In each store, a maximum of one customer is allowed inside at a time.

-Repairs on bicycles owned by delivery people and courriers are prioritized. For this reason, any other repair will likely have longer delays than normally, thank you for your patience.

-Bicycle repair drop-off and pickup are at the front of the store, without physical contact.

-Only contactless payment are accepted - payment by contactless/tap credit or debit card and Interac e-transfers.

-No returns will be accepted.

-Clothing, shoes, and helmets are not available for trying on.

The opening hours during the current situation are Monday-Friday 10-6 and Saturday 11-5. We are closed on Sundays.
