The regular 26/700 size fits most bikes. The 28"/29"+ size would be if you've got particularly huge wheels+tires with fenders and you need a little extra clearance.

Pair it with a front Tara lowrider and some Ortlieb panniers, and everyone on the road will be saying "guten tag!" as you roll through the countryside to your next campsite.
