26-inch Disc/Rim-brake super-tough touring wheel
Description

Part of C&L Cycles' handmade wheels program, we've built a batch of these rugged touring wheels for disc or rim braking, which can also be used as fantastic city wheels.

The Sun Ringlé Rhyno Lite is a long-time beloved rim for all-round use and off-roading, and can take a wide tire. The Bassi Touring hubs are a rugged no-nonsense disc-brake cassette hub with sealed bearings. You can use 'em just fine with rim brakes, too.

  • Rim: Rhyno Lite 26", presta valve (black finish, machined brake track for rim-brakes)
  • Hub: Bassi Touring, 6-bolt Disc, Quick-release, silver (100mm front, 135mm rear 8-9-10sp)
  • Option for dynamo hub: Shutter Precision PD-8 6-bolt disc hub, silver
  • Spokes: 32x Pillar stainless steel 14G, nickel-plated brass nipples
  • Front and rear wheels sold separately
  • QR skewer included except on dynamo
