No appointment necessary if it's just a flat, swing by and we'll take care of it as-you-wait!
We do not perform repairs on-the-spot other than for flats or extremely minor issues at our discretion, we require approval of the estimate first. It will be provided for free, in detail, by email, within 24 hours.
Please note we do not service anything related to the electrical system of e-bikes. You'll also need to keep the batteries.
Orders over a minimum threshold ship for free within Canada, with a flat rate for smaller orders. International orders are calculated, and US orders will have tariffs applied in the cart as a line item.
