About the redesigned website

Hey how come things look different? Will they work differently?

Thanks for noticing! We liked our original website but as we've started offering more and working internationally, we needed to change the underlying platform, and at the same time we decided to refresh the way it looks and re-organize a little bit with the help of designers much cleverer and more competent than just lil' old C&L Simon.

This version of our website should be just as navigable if not more so, and your customer account still exists, you'll just need to use the password reset the first time you log in (because we don't actually know your password, so we weren't able to copy that over). You'll find a year's invoice history saved in your account. If you need anything older, just reach out, we've got all that filed away safely.
