Description

These cable hangers are made exclusively for Fairweather aka Blue Lug by Nitto. They're the same diameter as the Nitto chromoly stem and spacers, which offers a sleek look. Being steel, they're quite rigid for more powerful braking.

Very useful when you install canti brakes and center pull brakes like the Paul Racer or Dia-Compe GC610.

  • 22.2mm model is for quill stems on 1-inch threaded steerer frames. Clamps directly on the stem's vertical portion, looks handsomest on a nice Nitto Dirt-Drop or Technomic.
  • 28.6mm model fits in the place of a 10mm stem spacer on Aheadset-style steerers. Loosen the hanger's bolt completely, stack up the spacers, preload with the stem cap, then tighten the hanger's fixing bolt. Needs to be under the stem of course.
