Description

Built as part of a small batch of in-house hand laced wheels, this Alex Rims R450 / Bassi 03 Track Hub combo is perfect for your urban or track bike needs. The R450 rim is a long-time rock-steady road rim favourite of ours. We use it anywhere we need a narrow rim, up to a 35mm tire. The 03 track hub features sealed bearings and excellent anti-slip bolts.

For use only with fixed cogs - not compatible with freewheels

  • Alex R450 double-walled 20mm (external width) rims, Presta valve, milled sidewalls
  • Bassi 03 Track Hubs
  • Pillar stainless steel spokes with nickel-plated brass nipples
  • 32 spokes per wheel, 3-cross pattern
  • 100mm spacing front
  • 120mm spacing rear, Fixed / Fixed cog and lockring threading
  • For 700C (622mm ISO) tires between 23mm and 35mm
  • Innertubes only
