Description

Our classic-looking Bassi crankset, thoroughly modern in its purpose and manufacture. We made this so that Bassi bikes could keep looking great with current 1x transmissions, with no chain-keeper or front derailleur. The tooth pattern on the chainring will keep your chain in place, often even without a clutched rear derailleur, but short chainstays or derailleurs with large pulleys or weaker springs may cause problems, so use a clutchless derailleur at your own risk.

  • 170mm arms
  • 130mm 5-bolt BCD (5-arm road standard)

  • Square-taper bottom bracket spindle 118mm recommended for 135mm rear hub

The BB lengths are our suggestion, but they may need adjusting inward or outward according to your frame for chainstay clearance, or for rear hub over locknut dimension spacings that are different than those we specify.
